What was the highlight of Elegance Hotel

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Very clean room and comfortable bed. I like the wooden flooring and it feels clean on the feet even without wearing the room slippers. Room slippers are provided anyway. It is spacious. Bottled water and snacks are provided. It’s very conveniently located near the MRT station, in a nice area.

The water dispenser at the lobby always run out of water in those 3 days of stay.

Comfortable and safe.

First of all, this hotel has excellent position. It only takes one minute to the MRT Station. Then, The room is pretty aesthetic and well-cleaned. I can feel that they really put effort into cleaning that when I back to my room, it’s just feel like a new room.

No towel for brushing my body. Also, they don’t memorize what customers look like, so you may need to show your key card to them to enter the hotel. It find it a bit annoying but not a big deal.

I like the location. It's near convenient store, MRT, and business district. I can sleep well even though it's located right beside a busy road. It's very clean and facilities are working well

I hope there will be a bar or cafe inside the hotel therefore we can have dinner or breakfast. Lobby is too small

The location is very convenient, so near with MRT station and convenient store. The hotel room is good, quite place not too much noise. Good for rest. Hotel staff is fine. Overall it's okay.

The heater is not work, so the temperature inside keep in 17 degrees, no hot water in water sink and they have to fix the shower because it's almost feel down from the wall.

Location does not suit the tourists, Reception could have been more hospitable and understanding to avoid clashes with the guests. Had to make a gigantic effort before getting our 2 rooms on the same floor though not next to each other.

The breakfast is so small even for kids.

Plenty of lights in the room.

Noise at 10 pm possibly from repair upstairs. And, it went off and on till 11 pm. It was not terribly loud but clear enough. The hotel should know better providing a quiet place for guests to stay is a must. Plastic big bags in the hallway.

Great convenient location in Neihu.

The staff were friendly and prompt with their services. Room rate includes breakfast and they have strong WiFi signals. The location is very convenient. Many choices of transportation, restaurants, markets, convenience stores, and banks. Bus stop and MRT station are within 3-5 minutes walk to Shude High School bus stop and Xihu MRT station (brown line). There is a post office a few steps away and there are several banks across the street close to Xihu station for ATM/currency exchanges.

Booked a two single-bed room for two people but found it too small to move around and switched to a larger one double-bed room for an additional charge. The beds were very soft especially the single beds.

I had a pleasant stay and wouldn't mind booking at this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms and bathroom were clean!

Breakfast served was half a sandwich but its taste was okay and was delivered promptly.

Location of the hotel was good, close to the metro line. Personnel very friendly.

Room without window, cleanliness of the place wasn't the greatest; breakfast was quite awful. The overall expression - hotel looked quite beaten up.
